Furthermore featured in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various parts of the estate.
